For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. -Romans 11:36 (KJV)

One of the fundamental attributes of discourse, dialog, and debate is that we do not always share the same beliefs with those with whom we are speaking with.

While this is a basic truth for the witnessing Christian, today Christians must come to understand this fact in a much more nuanced and fine-tuned way than their ancestors because God has been largely forgotten in the Western world.

However, we must not fall into the trap of thinking that we have no common ground with those with whom we are witnessing to. Just because there is no universal acknowledgement of God in the West today does not mean that common ground has been lost between Christians and non-believers.

In this episode of The Greater Heritage podcast we look at what the common ground between Christians and non-believers is. We also consider practical advice on how to engage with non-believers in a world where God has been largely forgotten.
